Shipping Status

We try our best to send out your packages on time every day! That means all orders received on a business day will be shipped out from our warehouse that same day! Otherwise, your order will be shipped the next business day. 

Please note that sometimes during high-volume or sale periods, there may be some delay in having your order shipped out.

DELIVERY TIME

Once a package has left our warehouse we have very little control over it. Please note that delivery times listed above are only estimations. Glam and Glow is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier, especially during high-volume periods. Glam And Glow can never guarantee a delivery date.

If you have not received your package within 7 business days (USA or Australia) or 30 business days (all other countries) of placing the order, email  with your Full Name and Order Number and we'll look into the matter immediately!

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently offer international shipping to the following countries:

• Canada, Australia, Ireland, Germany, France, New Zealand, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and India.

We ship all international orders DDU (delivered duty unpaid) and do not collect any taxes or customs fees. The customer is responsible for any and all international duties, customs, and taxes or any other related charges. Please check with your local post office ahead of time regarding any fees associated with receiving your package before you place an order!

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE: If you select the Standard shipping option, there could be delays up to 3-4 business days from the time of dispatch (when you receive your tracking email) to when the courier collects the parcel. Please consider this when placing your order as transit times are estimated based on the pick up date. Express packages are picked up every day.
